FEE SCHEDULE AND RESIDENTIAL DATES FOR 2012

Fees ($900) paid upon acceptance of a place [1]

$400Non-refundable Administration Fee
$250Bond that is refundable less deductions incurred (less deductions incurred)[2]
$120Building Levy (refundable if people withdraw by Tuesday Jan 20, 2012)
$130Resident Association Fee (refundable for new students if people withdraw by Fri Jan 20, 2012). The Residents’ Association normally administers this.

Fees are paid three times yearly or as a single discounted payment

Residential Dates

Friday 17th February to 24 hours after last exam (up until Sun 11th Nov)  [3]

 Refunds are not given when students have extra holidays or absent themselves from the College.

 

Telephones 2012

Telephones are available in rooms during the year. The cost of this is as follows:

Setup$80.00
Rental$20.00 per month for a total of 9 months
Total (1 year)

= $260.00

Students may use dial-up internet access from their rooms if they have a phone set up, however wireless Internet is available free of charge for University students.

At the beginning of the year the IT Manager will notify students of the deadline to pay for phones. Any late phone installations will then incur a $10.00 late fee and a full year charge of $260.

[2] If someone has not taken up residence bonds are refunded up until January 20st.

[3] Fees are paid up until 24 hours after the last exam.  In the interests of those still studying Members are required to leave within 24 hours of the last exam and any exemption will only be given by the Warden and a daily charge will be levied.
