Applications

All applications for accommodation must be made online via the University of Otago Accommodation Office website. Make that you choose St Margaret's as your first College of preference. Applications for a full academic year open on 1 August of the previous year.

As St Margaret's is an independent college, we require that all applicants also complete and submit an additional information form to assist us in the selection process. A link to submit this information online will be published here once applications are being accepted (see below).

Please do not post directly to St Margaret's any other items such as certificates or a curriculum vitae unless we contact you to request such information. The cost to return any unsolicited items that are sent will be borne by the applicant.

We get many more applications than available rooms, so it pays to make sure you have submitted your additional information as soon as possible so that you don't miss out on a chance.

2nd Semester 2013 Applications

Applications for 2nd semester 2013 are now open. Please submit an application to the Accommodation Office, the complete our additional information form online. Please note that spaces will be very limited.

2014 Full Year Applications

Applications for 2014 open on 1 August 2013. Please check back closer to the time for further information.
